We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop commercial building plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential construction challenges
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for clients
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees if desired.
