Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues and implement solutions
- Work with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and database management
