We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, USA. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations of our company and ensuring that all technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Monitor network security and ensure data protection measures are in place
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the USA
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking systems, and security protocols
- Experience with budget management and cost-effective solutions implementation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid work permit or visa to work in the USA
