Senior Back-End Developer

We are hiring a Senior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying complex web applications and systems. You will collaborate with front-end developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of the back-end and front-end functionality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using cutting-edge technologies such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails.

Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and debug complex web applications and systems
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines
- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth functioning of the application
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Strong understanding of web development principles including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
Salary: $1300 per month
