Heavy Equipment Operator

Our construction company in Kolding is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will also oversee daily maintenance and repairs of the equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various construction projects
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Complete necessary paperwork, including daily logs and maintenance reports
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Good physical strength and stamina for prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and operating controls
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation preferred

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on project needs.

Compensation:
Salary for this position is $1000 per week. We also offer accommodation for our employees if needed.

Location:
This job is located in Kolding, Denmark. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark.
