Job Title: Skilled Handyman for Property Maintenance in Bayan


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team and assist with property maintenance in Bayan. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be able to handle a variety of tasks related to property upkeep and repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman duties such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other repairs as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Inspect properties for any issues or necessary repairs
- Communicate with property managers or owners to address any concerns or requests
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are on hand
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general handyman tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as required

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Bayan
