Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bansko. This position offers a salary of 1500$ and is open to Filipino nationals with visa sponsorship.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Handle incoming correspondence and redirect as necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other departments as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
