Senior Architect - Mauren

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and are in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and oversee all stages of design and construction
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven leadership abilities

Salary: $1600 per month
