We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Lisbon. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our outdoor spaces and gardens. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in gardening and a strong knowledge of plants, trees, and flowers. A free visa and ticket will be provided for non-Lisbon nationals. Women are encouraged to apply for this role. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants
- Maintaining lawns, flower beds, and other outdoor areas
- Using gardening tools and equipment safely
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Creating and implementing garden designs
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, and trimming
- Ensuring the proper storage and maintenance of gardening equipment
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a cohesive outdoor space

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, trees, flowers, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime when needed
