We are seeking a highly skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media to provide assistance, answer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Offer product recommendations and provide detailed information to clients about our services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Keep accurate records of all communication with clients and ensure that all inquiries are properly documented.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive client experience across all online channels.
- Provide feedback on common client issues or concerns to help improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer effective solutions.
- Knowledge of online communication tools such as email, chat, social media platforms.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
