Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. Your main duties will include managing a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing reports to upper management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. Knowledge of the local market in Svalbard is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of local market trends in Svalbard preferred
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
