Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Dickirch, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative designs and plans for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure that projects meet their requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Collaborate with construction teams during the implementation phase of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Continuously research new materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance design capabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
