Solar Installer

We are currently seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Kaunas. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, with the possibility of permanent employment. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar energy systems according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine suitable locations for solar panels and other equipment
- Install mounting hardware, wiring, inverters, and other components of solar energy systems
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Communicate with customers to explain system installation and maintenance procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field such as electrical or construction work
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have their own visa for working in Lithuania. However, candidates from other nationalities who are eligible to work in Lithuania may also apply.
