We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, Russia. This is a great opportunity for a talented and passionate chef to showcase their skills and creativity while working in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen staff scheduling
-Create seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients while incorporating international influences and modern techniques
-Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality
-Manage food costs and budgeting to maintain profitability while maintaining high-quality ingredients
-Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to health code regulations

Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
-Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
-Knowledge of Russian cuisine is an asset but not required; willingness to learn is essential
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
-Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining classic techniques
-Familiarity with food cost control methods and inventory management systems
-Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on experience.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining their own visa for working in Russia.
