Skilled Handyman in Acre

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Acre. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with property managers and tenants to schedule repair appointments
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for interacting with property managers and tenants
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Indian households. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate. Valid visa is required.
