We are searching for a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful flower bouquets and displays for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and corporate events. Your attention to detail and eye for color will play a key role in creating unique and stunning arrangements that will delight our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs and preferences
- Create floral designs based on client requests and budget constraints
- Arrange flowers into bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other displays
- Select appropriate vases or containers for arrangements
- Ensure all flowers are fresh and in good condition before use
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other supplies
- Price arrangements accurately according to materials used
- Assist with deliveries to event locations or client's homes as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Familiarity with design techniques such as color theory and texture mixing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
