Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other architects to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of businesses and their customers. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and design requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and oversee the work of junior architects and drafters
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a commercial architect
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial architecture
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project team members
Salary: $1200/month
City: Los Angeles
