Head Chef


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, creating menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will also be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and controlling costs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creativity to develop new dishes while keeping up with current food trends. Previous experience as a Head Chef in a busy kitchen is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create menus that are both innovative and cost-effective
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes served
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cooking and sanitation
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to stay within budget
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure proper storage of all ingredients
- Develop new recipes while keeping up with current food trends
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a busy kitchen
- Passion for cooking with a creative approach to developing menus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with other team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
