We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Moscow. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most appealing way possible to attract customers and boost sales. This is a great opportunity for students or foreigners on their own visa looking for a job in Moscow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies and plans to increase sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to execute product launches, promotions, and events
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, and use this information to make recommendations for product placement and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Build strong relationships with store managers to negotiate prime locations for product displays
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and best practices for maintaining displays
- Regularly visit stores to inspect displays, replenish stock, and gather feedback from customers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques such as planograms, product positioning, and visual merchandising
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is not required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Moscow.
