We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bungoma. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Fluency in English is not necessary
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, carry heavy trays, and lift up to 20 pounds
