Florist for Boutique Flower Shop in Bansko



We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team at our boutique flower shop in the beautiful city of Bansko. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Maintaining the inventory of flowers and supplies, ordering new stock when needed
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering suggestions and recommendations
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the flower shop including arranging deliveries, organizing displays, and keeping the shop clean and presentable
- Collaborating with other team members to come up with new ideas for seasonal designs and promotions
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our products

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Creative flair with a passion for flowers and design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays when needed
- Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation if needed.

Our boutique flower shop is located in the charming city of Bansko, renowned for its picturesque scenery, rich culture, and welcoming community. This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
