Tiler Supervisor



We are a construction company based in Utena, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all tiling projects
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other tradesmen
- Train and mentor junior tilers
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the tiling process
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different tiling techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational training or certification in tiling is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
The job is located in Utena. Applicants from India are welcome.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience:
While prior experience as a tiler supervisor is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who has some experience in the field.
