Technical Support Specialist

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and customers via phone, email, and chat. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely resolution or escalate to higher level support if needed. Additionally, you will document all customer interactions and solutions in our database. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in IT or customer support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

Preference:
- Filipino nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Located in Las Vegas or willing to relocate
- Previous experience working with international clients/customers
