We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and payment. You will review policy information, collect and analyze evidence, and negotiate settlements with claimants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from claimants, witnesses, and other parties involved
- Review policy information to determine coverage and limits
- Collect and analyze evidence, such as photographs, reports, and medical records
- Evaluate the extent of damages or injuries to determine the appropriate amount of compensation
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and decisions made
- Communicate with all parties involved in the claim process in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster or similar role
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to gather and analyze information from various sources
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month depending on experience.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Nakuru, Kenya. Candidates must have their own accommodation in the area.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Kenya.
