Industrial Painter - Eldoret, Philippines


A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Eldoret, Philippines. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. We are looking for a skilled individual who has prior experience in industrial painting and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have experience in surface preparation, mixing and applying various types of paint, and knowledge of different painting techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and holes, and removing old paint
- Mix and apply paint using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
- Follow safety procedures and use protective gear when necessary
- Ensure proper ventilation during painting process
- Match colors and textures to original surfaces
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Proven knowledge of different painting techniques and surface preparation methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color matching
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects
- Must be Filipino national with valid working permit
