Entry-Level Baker


We are seeking an entry-level Baker to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. This is a full-time position with no experience required. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience necessary
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and equipment
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
