Entry Level Baker


We are seeking an entry level Baker to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1300$. As an Indian English speaking baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Responsibilities:
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Mix and knead dough for breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Operate ovens and other equipment to bake goods
- Decorate and finish products as needed
- Ensure quality control by checking products for freshness, taste, and appearance
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience required as we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa/work permit in Russia
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong teamwork skills
