Loader Operator


We are searching for a reliable and skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as loaders, bulldozers, and excavators to load and move materials at construction sites or industrial facilities. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy machinery, including loaders, bulldozers, and excavators
- Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and debris
- Transport materials to designated areas using the appropriate equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure work is completed efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating other heavy machinery such as bulldozers or excavators
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues
