Electrician for Maintenance and Repair in Akron

We are in need of a skilled Electrician to join our maintenance and repair team in Akron. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various buildings. This includes troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing faulty wiring or components, and ensuring that all work is done according to safety standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
- Troubleshoot faults in electrical systems
- Inspect electrical components to identify potential issues
- Replace faulty wiring or components
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Collaborate with other team members on projects
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role
- Valid electrician license/certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and their components
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job

Working Conditions:
