Indian Executive Chef in Triesen
Our restaurant in Triesen is seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing an innovative menu inspired by traditional Indian cuisine. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and training and supervising kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create a menu that showcases authentic Indian flavors with a modern twist
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for cost control and revenue generation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine with the ability to create unique dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Good understanding of food cost control measures and menu planning
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Must have valid work permit/visa for employment in Triesen
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
