Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Balzers. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are accurate and feasible
- Review building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance
- Conduct on-site visits to gather data and assist with site surveys
- Prepare project estimates, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and specifications
- Assist with preparing presentations for clients or authorities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
