Part Time Computer Support Specialist - Lahore, Pakistan


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the overall functionality of our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and determine root cause
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Provide training to users on new systems or software

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Own visa (if applicable)

Salary: $1000 per month (part time)
