Information Technology Manager (Female)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, security protocols, and data protection measures
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

Salary:
