Restaurant Manager
A well-established restaurant in Copenhagen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of hospitality professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including but not limited to staffing, menu planning, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall profitability.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and meet company standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by enforcing safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
