English Language Tutor


We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Language Tutor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels. You will create lesson plans, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for extra income or those with other commitments. No prior tutoring experience is required, but candidates must be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of grammar and vocabulary. Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group English language lessons with students
- Develop lesson plans based on student needs and learning objectives
- Administer assessments to track student progress
- Provide constructive feedback to students on areas of improvement
- Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure consistent teaching methods are used
- Stay up-to-date on current language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons
- Participate in training sessions as required by the company

Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of grammar rules, vocabulary, pronunciation, and teaching methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual student needs
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an asset but not required
- Passion for helping others learn and improve their language skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
