Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. This is a part-time position open to all nationalities with own visa sponsorship. No English proficiency is required for this role.

Salary: $1800 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Develop data models and algorithms to extract insights from complex datasets
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate data findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related roles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus
