Restaurant Manager - Mombasa, Kenya



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and proven leadership capabilities.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff training and development, inventory management, and budgeting. You will also work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high quality food and efficient service.

The successful candidate must be able to handle high pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will be interacting with customers, staff, and suppliers on a daily basis.

This is a seasonal job with accommodation provided. Non-Kenyan applicants must have a valid biometric passport and be willing to obtain necessary work permits. No prior knowledge of English is required.
