Part-time Administrator for Indian English Speaking Candidates in Eldoret



We are seeking an organized and efficient Part-time Administrator to join our team in Eldoret. This position is ideal for Indian candidates who are fluent in English and looking for a part-time job opportunity. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for our selected candidate.
