Senior Architect


A reputable architecture firm in Multan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process of various projects from start to finish. This role requires an experienced individual with strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of projects from concept development to construction documentation
- Create and present design proposals to clients
- Collaborate with team members including engineers, contractors, and other architects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the production of construction documents and monitor progress during construction phase
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design solutions
- Excellent knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, methods, and codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software programs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively lead a team and work collaboratively with others

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. Please note that this is a non-residential role without accommodation provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on contract jobs.
