Senior Architect (Part-Time)



We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Multan. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from initial concept development to final construction. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as excellent design and project management skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects
- Develop initial concept designs that meet client needs and comply with building codes and regulations
- Create detailed construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and interns
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect in a professional setting
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
