Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Faisalabad. This individual will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies, attract new clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates without prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the hotel's services
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to the hotel management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
