Hotel Sales Manager - Faisalabad (No Accommodation)



The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Faisalabad. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and hospitality. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Create and maintain sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the local market and competition
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. Accommodation will not be provided.
