Online Consultant
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through email, live chat, and social media
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Handling any complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
