Finisher (Contract) - Vianden, Africa


We are currently seeking a skilled finisher to join our team in Vianden, Africa on a contract basis. As a finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to products and ensuring they meet quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, staining, painting, and sealing to products
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Make necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure products meet quality standards
- Prepare and maintain finishing equipment and tools
- Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a finisher in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using various finishing tools such as sanders, brushes, sprayers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
