Factory Machine Operator



We are hiring an experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machines in our factory. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production specifications
- Inspect and troubleshoot machines for any malfunctions or issues
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal functioning
- Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating factory machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tools and machinery functions
- Experience using various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Salary:
