Personal Trainer



We are in search of a highly motivated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for helping clients reach their fitness goals through personalized training sessions and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level and goals
- Create customized workout plans based on individual needs and preferences
- Guide and motivate clients during workout sessions to ensure proper form and technique
- Provide education on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Demonstrate exercises and techniques to clients as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in fitness training

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience (certification from recognized organization preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to inspire others towards their goals
- Ability to adapt training plans for clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels
- Basic understanding of injury prevention techniques
- Fluent in both English and Russian (knowledge of Arabic or Tagalog is a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with opportunities for professional development.
