We are a leading online consulting company based in Herzliya, seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This includes answering any inquiries related to our services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in online consulting and possess excellent communication skills in English. As this is a contract position, candidates with their own visa will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through various online platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively guide clients
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in online consulting or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Own visa for work authorization in Herzliya (preferred)
