Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract)



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Herzliya. This is a remote, contract position ideal for an Egyptian national with excellent English communication skills.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support to our clients, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical or customer service issues
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Reporting any recurring issues or trends to the relevant departments for further improvement

Requirements:
- Native or near-native level of English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a remote position based in Herzliya. Candidates from Egypt are preferred due to language requirements.
