Senior Architect (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects, from concept to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects meet the required standards of quality, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design proposals and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project budgets and schedule timelines to ensure they are adhered to
- Stay up-to-date with current building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
