Concierge Assistant - Entry Level (Filipino Candidates Preferred)

We are a luxury hotel in Atlanta seeking a Concierge Assistant to join our team. This is an entry level position that is perfect for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience in the hospitality industry. Our ideal candidate will be a Filipino national with excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing reservations

Requirements:
- Filipino national preferred
- No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a bonus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
